FOG has been working in Nicaragua since 1995. Our mission is focused on community development in Nicaragua, primarily supporting health and education projects that are community based. We accomplish this through various tasks.

We have three partner communities:

• Barrio El Recreo (in Managua)
• Santa Rosa del Peñón (in departamento Leon)
• El Bosque (near Posoltega)

Our recent projects include:

• A community well in Santa Rosa
• A University Scholarship Program
• A Children's Library in El Bosque
• A Communal Garden in Santa Rosa
• and more.
