On April 15, 2001, the FOG Annual General Meeting was held in Vancouver. The agenda of that meeting was the following:

Five FOG members attended the meeting.
Highlights included:
Achieved nearly all of our 1999 objectives.
Recognised that we are a small organisation and need to get more member involvement to survive.
Ramin Kamal retired from the board and Carroll Airey joined.
Launched the library project and the scholarship program in 2000.
